    Open your agent from ~/Documents. Paste the contents of prompts/start_onboarding_prompt.md into the chat.

    Agent interviews you

    Your agent explains PARA, inspects your existing files, and asks how you want to handle them — before creating anything.

    Structure installs in minutes

    With your consent, the agent creates the PARA folders, _Agent/ layer, and instruction files alongside your existing work. Nothing moves.

    Optional: guided migration

    If you want, the agent proposes small batches of existing files to move into PARA — you approve each batch.
